All natural ice cream made in small batches. We make all our ice creams and inclusions from scratch, ensuring that we have direct control over what goes into your tub of Fatbaby Ice Cream.

Regular Flavours


Salted Caramel

Smooth salted caramel ice cream laced with rich salted caramel swirls. A winning combination that will have you licking the spoon, bowl and tub clean!

Coffee Crunch

What’s better than a hot cup of Joe? Why, Coffee Ice Cream of course! A great way to get the jolt you need without raising the temperature. To give it an added sumthin’ sumthin’ we've added toffee almond pieces.

Coconut Candy

Made with freshly extracted coconut milk from the local market interlaced with coconut caramel reminiscent of the coconut candy we grew up with. This is a refreshing ice cream that’s perfect to cool down with during a hot sunny afternoon.


Premium Flavours


Not one for the faint hearted, this is our intense take on chocolate ice cream. Made using 70% cocoa, this ice cream is deep, dark and deliciously smooth.

Apple Crumble

A slice of apple crumble with ice cream? A-May-Zing! What’s even better? Apple Crumble ice cream! That’s right, each scoopful has chunks of tart Granny Smith apples interspersed with home made buttery crumble and laced with ice cream. 


We’ve all done it, soaked our cornflakes in the milk to get that slightly smoky milk flavour – that flavour is, what we believe, the best bit of eating cereal in the morning. This ice cream captures that and we’ve even added clusters of cornflakes caramelised with honey to boot. Truly a breakfast of champions in our books!

Peanut Butter & Fudge

We all know that Elvis had a thing for Peanut Butter, the mother of all spreads, and who are we to dispute the King? Thick, creamy, peanuty and with added chocolate fudge swirls, this ice cream has got us All Shook Up!

Madagascar Vanilla Bean

We use the Queen Bean of vanilla beans for our vanilla ice cream - the almighty Madagascar vanilla bean. We scrape the seeds by hand and infuse it with our cream mixture overnight. We then make our ice cream with our homemade vanilla sugar. We eschew vanilla extract which ensures our ice cream remains alcohol free. Great with brownies, pies, cakes, in a float, with chopped nuts - well, it's great with anything really. :)
